Leading regional contractor Harry Fairclough Construction welcomes three senior hires to its team, including new Financial Director, Managing Director and Pre-Construction Manager.
Carolyn Forshaw joins the company as Finance Director, from a background in Housebuilding and Construction, where she provided senior financial support to a range of businesses. Carolyn has worked with SME’s, large Group businesses and national brands, which provide her with a diverse level of expertise and understanding of the financial challenges faced by businesses at all levels. Her role at Harry Fairclough will see her lead the finance team, bringing a fresh perspective, as the first female board member and playing a pivotal role in the future proofing of the business.
Chris Wright rejoins the business as Managing Director of its Civil Engineering division, from the Rail sector where he was responsible for delivering a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects. Chris’ role will see him head up the Civils team, taking the business forward and building on its growth momentum, existing customer relationships and his track record of realising the potential of all who work with him.
Jason Brough joins the team as Head of Pre-Construction, from a strong commercial and design management background with a solid track record of supporting the growth of the businesses in which he has worked. Jason will work within the build division of the company, with a focus on aligning our bid winning process with the demands of our customers.
