Since our management team took over the company in 2008, turnover has grown from £15 million to £50 million with public and private sector clients across the North of England and a talented, loyal team of 150 staff split between our North West and Yorkshire divisions. These are headed up by MDs who are given the autonomy to run them as their own businesses and our deliberately flat management structure means that we can offer excellent career progression and varied experience.
