We recognise every customer has to be able to trust our ability to deliver their project with enthusiasm and integrity. And we consider open and honest communication to be the basis of that trust.
That’s why we start by obtaining weekly feedback from our customers on all of our projects to ensure that we are fully meeting their needs and expectations. It also means that we have a detailed assessment of our overall performance at the end of each project. In addition, we commission an annual customer feedback survey, undertaken by independent specialist consultants.
