Meet the staff
Born and bred in the North West, Harry Fairclough has a great loyalty to the region and affection for its hard-working people. That’s why, to this day, our policy is to source our staff from the local area. Almost 100% of our employees live within Warrington, Merseyside, Cheshire, Manchester and Lancashire.
We’re happy to say that loyalty and affection we show seems to be a two-way thing as our average length of service runs over 10 years, with 25% of staff having been with us for 15 years or more. What’s more, staff turnover is just 5% - one of the lowest in the construction industry.
