Harry Fairclough is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the provision of re-roofing and re-fenestration for Cheshire East Borough Council.
The contract is for 4 years duration commencing in June 2010 and represents a partnering agreement for the design, procurement and delivery of the Councils programme of repair and/or renewal of existing roofs and window/curtain walling installations at the full range of its buildings. The annual value of the contract is anticipated to be in the region of £2million comprising typically of about 20-25 separate re-roofing or re-fenestration projects. Harry Fairclough is the single contractor for the whole programme.
