Harry Fairclough is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the design, procurement and delivery of the Councils annual programme of roofing and re-fenestration works.
The partnering arrangement commenced in April 2010 and is for one year in duration, with and option to extend for a further year. The works relate primarily to primary schools but also may include libraries and other community buildings, social services and health buildings and office facilities. The annual value of the contract is expected to be in the region of £1.5million.
